Taco
Tambayan
Turning tradition, real food, and community into a social world people can taste.

The assignment
Make authenticity feel close—not intimidating.
- Brand
- Taco Tambayan
- Industry
- Restaurant · Mexican food
- Role
- Social strategy, creative direction, content creation, copywriting, campaigns, publishing
Taco Tambayan needed content that could communicate traditional Mexican food to a local audience while still feeling warm, playful, craving-worthy, and community-led. The creative direction combines real food, bold visual storytelling, useful education, humor, and event-based content—without flattening the brand into generic restaurant promotions.

Selected work
Finished work,
not placeholders.
The work is grouped by the problem it solved—not dumped into one endless gallery.
New product world · Education
Introducing Aojiru, one clear step at a time.
The sequence first creates curiosity, explains an unfamiliar Japanese green drink, then expands it into a complete menu world. Keeping the six pieces together shows the strategy behind the rollout—not just six separate designs.
Product launch · Storytelling
A burrito launch built around what makes it different.
Instead of announcing a product and stopping there, the rollout explains the recipe, the difference, and the belief behind it. The three-slide progression builds appetite and brand meaning at the same time.
Education · Brand authority
Respect the dish: making birria education feel social-first.
This series corrects common ideas about birria without turning the content into a lecture. Bold editorial design, direct language, and real food imagery teach the audience why the recipe matters—and why authenticity is part of the experience.
Always-on content system
One recognizable brand world, built for different posting needs.
The latest work is organized by purpose instead of chronology. This shows how product selling, education, timely content, and audience engagement can stay varied while still belonging to the same brand.
Product & menu storytelling
Launches, product education, cross-selling, and crave-led art direction give each menu item a reason to be noticed.
Timely, relatable & engagement content
Calendar moments and conversation-led posts keep the feed active without losing the restaurant's visual identity.
The social-feed artwork is shown as a creative execution. Interface numbers are not presented as campaign performance.
Short-form video · Three finished edits
Motion that moves from craft to craving.
The videos are presented as one purposeful set: a cinematic food film, a chef-led story, and a direct-response reel. Together they show how Taco Tambayan can educate, build appetite, and prompt action without repeating the same format.
A landscape edit built around texture, hands, movement, and the final food reveal.
A face-led reel that turns food knowledge and preparation into an approachable brand story.
A fast vertical edit designed to move from a simple hook to an immediate food craving.
Earlier single static creatives
Five standalone posts, each built around one clear idea.
Product launches, comparisons, interactive prompts, lifestyle storytelling, and feed-native concepts show how one-off posts can stay distinct while still feeling unmistakably Taco Tambayan.

Customer story · Carousel
Turning an overheard recommendation into the brand story.
A real moment—hearing customers recommend Taco Tambayan without being prompted—became a six-part narrative about word of mouth, belonging, and the community becoming part of the marketing.

Community proof
People are part of the brand world.
Real customer photographs give the polished campaign work a human center. These are moments of visits and connection—not invented testimonials.

Promotions · Events
Promotional content that still feels like Taco Tambayan.
Event mechanics stay clear, while every execution carries enough personality to belong to the same lively, community-first restaurant.
